Is there a good sub for the A1268 transistor?

Perhaps a 2N1268.
What does the transistor look like? What does it do? NPN or PNP? Make and model of the equipment in which the transistor is located? We really need more information before we can help.

See attached for the specs. If this is being used in the class D section of an amp, you should use the original if available.

The KTA1268GR is available from Taydaelectronics.com. As a forewarning I have gotten counterfeit mosfets from them but have never had any trouble with small signal transistors.
If you need them NOW I have some on hand and rarely need them. |
