Hifonics BXI 1606

Got this amp in for repair and it was in protect mode.
I removed the outputs and it powers up green for a sec then goes into protection mode.

Any ideas on where to start?

Ok i pulled the rectifiers in the amp now it powers up green and doesnt go into protection.

Nevermind I found the problem The amp had defective parts on the output driver board.

Whew !! you just saved me a long winded post about that left turn at the diodes you took,

and it was as I though a defective driver board issue causing the supply to inhibit..

Woo-Hoo !!

Was it Q1 and Q2?
