Default Memphis ca150

I replaced the power supply in this amp.

New fets, and drivers. Gate resistors all checked good.

When i power it up it idles fine.

As soon as i try plugging the rca jacks into the amp it will draw excessive current.

Any ideas on what to check?

How much DC is on the RCA shield?

Place the black meter probe on the amplifier's ground terminal.

It appears that the transformer is shorted. You'll need to use the current limiting resistor to find the short (like you did last time).
