Picked this up used from a Craigslist add. Hooked it up and it sounds like it has an air leak, emanating from the amp itself. Once power is applied it takes about 3 seconds, then makes the noise. If it's turned on by the remote wire it starts immediately. Everything else works fine, the sound from the speakers is unaffected. Any ideas as to whats going on here?

If you twist the transformer, does the noise change or stop?
