Default Help with rockford 1501bd

hi, i replaced on this amp 4 irf6215 and 4 irf3415, now the amp power up but makes like a oscillation noise on the circuit board and there some current excess flowing.

i leaved the amp on for a few seconds and blew up some output transistors

Did you check the gate resistors for the outputs you replaced?

Remove the defective output transistors.

Discharge the rail capacitors by shorting between the twisted red/black wires with a dummy load resistor.

Measure the resistance between leg 1 of the MIC4420 and the other legs of the MIC4420 (nearest the blown outputs). What's the lowest resistance you read between those legs.

2=290
3=1.75k
4=300
5=0

That seems about right. I don't know what else you can do without a scope. It could be that you damaged them when you soldered them to the MEHSA insulator and that what caused their failure. To find virtually any other problem, you'd need a scope to check the drive waveforms.
