Hi All.
I have a question about this amp model BXi 2407D I got after trying to repair and replacement of transistors stageout power. Are all the transistors should be IRFP640N? 2x6 pieces There should be two pairs? IRFP640/9640 ? What should be the original transistor control? ( Q284, 285, 286, 287 and prefix'A ) Maybe someone has a diagram or photos of the interior is to locate the transistors Thanks in advance Regards Lee Last edited by lee1976; 19th July 2010 at 07:04 AM. |

I don't think this an amp that a lot of people have any experience with. I've never seen one and therefore have no information. The 31N20 and the 9640s are used in some amplifiers.

Thank you for your reply Perry
I thought that it obtains from you a satisfactory answer. On the tip of the power transistors, I'm 12pieces, 6 items per page in the following 3 items were listed on page 3 x IRF960N (original) and 3 x IRF960N (solder - shared) - and the same on the other side - I wonder whether they should not be a P-channel (3 pieces swap-soldered to the page) Maybe someone had Hifonics'a in mono in his hands and took some pictures inside .... Waiting for other speeches. In the evening, accompanied by photos of the amplifier. Regards. Lee |
