high level input bass/woofer filter

Hi
I have car audio amplifier and bass driver, so i wana make some simple crossover of filter for it. I wana get signal from cd-radio output, e.c. directly from loudspikers, after that i wana to filter signal from midd/high freqences, but i need some simple filter without opamps, just few r-c networks...
