help sony cdx-c7850

hey
Am working on a sony cdx-c7850 player and it has no output and the display screen is a bit dark.i replace the output ic and resolder some cold joints but stil the same.do any body have any idea what could cause that

Is thew backlight dim for the display or is it completely unlit?

the backlight is completrly unlit
i can see the primary digits like station numbers and volume etc

I sent the manual. The EL backlight display power supply power source (8v regulator) is on page 60. Check the voltages there first.

i am in desperite need of the wiring diagram for that radio. do you still have it and if you do, can you please send me a list of the wires to my email. ive been looking for a hour already and havent been able to find it online. crazy06076@yahoo.com
