You have the part number for the driver. Was there something else you needed?

The 4403 is likely to be the correct part.

Assuming that the 21.09 is supposed to be 12.09 and reversing the last 8 pins, it looks OK. The amp should be producing rail voltage is you have the FETs and rectifiers in the circuit.

the amp has rail voltage and i have the fets in still not coming on?
