Many times, never had a problem.
Paypal screwed up a transaction where they didn't get paid and they shipped them to me anyway. I later paid them back. They're very friendly.
Shipping was reasonable, don't remember how much, but when ordering something like that I get like 32 of those and say 32 C3198s and some Z44Ns, 3205s or whatever I'm short on.

Just a heads up, hard to find small signal transistors should be fine, but don't trust the hard to find mosfets from Tayda.
I never had a problem with small signal transistors or power supply mosfets but I ordered 20 IRF9640s from Tayda.
15 of them were one date code which would fry instantly when the amp was powered up, the other 5 had a different date code and allow the amp to power up but I'm not sure those are even legit.
Some of the mosfets were even missing the indent!!
