Is this amp worthe $70 -$100 with a bulk cap missing? Not sure what these amps are valued at or how modest the power numbers are. The repair is no big deal, chances are I will sell it after it is fixed, want to make sure I can get my money back.

Check the price for one on Ebay. They are pretty cheap new. Some stuff is hard to sell used when new ones are so cheap.

I did and found the prices all over the spectrum. I can buy a damaged BD1000 for that money and have fun repairing it. This one is just missing one of the 2200uF, 80V caps and the repair is a no brainer.
By the amount of responses, I would guess there is nothing special about it and I don't need it. Thanks, Cory |
