am new to switching power supply.I visited several guys repairing car amps, all the amps had burnt out irfz34n's. What's the main cause of this?I would like to build one myself, but i would not like to own a pcb of smoking irfs!

The power supply FETs typically fail because the amp is improperly connected (speakers or power) or improperly fused. It's virtually impossible to eliminate the possibility that the FETs will fail but if you use proper fusing and a good overall design, your power supply shouldn't fail.
If you're really new to switching supplies, visit the following page. it's not complete but it covers a lot of the basics. Let me know if you find something that needs to be explained in more detail. Basic Switching Power Supply Design Tutorial
