If there is no DC on the outputs of the of the op-amps and the amp works perfectly fine otherwise, it's probably not anything to be concerned about.

yeah i was looking at my friend 600w performance teknique and there is resistance on the rca jacks the amp go into protection when he plug the rca jacks up

If there is significant resistance between the RCA shield and the non-bridging speaker terminals on most (budget) amps, there is a problem. It's generally either a broken connection on the RCA jacks or an open trace.

sorry perry got another one its a 600 its has a burned trace on the rca ground but the amp goes into protect when the rca's are pluged up?

Does it go into protect when no RCAs are plugged in?

ok i powered the amp up and it dosent come on,the person i got from said it work more problems but the 494 all pins are reading 12.v ? bad chip?
