Hi I have a 2 way component with Passive Crossover Filter box with 6/12 dB slope (LP/HP)... this is hooked up to my MTX lsx2 electronic crossover which is 18db/octave.
Will these detract from midbass reproduction ? Should I bypass the electronic crossover and just hookup the passive x-overs to my amp instead ? MTX Car Audio - LSX2 Signal Crossover |

Without the crossover, you'd need 4 channels instead of two channels to drive the separates.
