Default memphis mojo driver card

anyone ever rebuilt these i have two and the same transistors are burned out one both any help

Those are the PNP driver transistors for the power supply FETs When the PS FETs fail, it generally causes those to fail also.

what are good replacements for them or just real ones im cleaning the driver card now what can i use?

To clean the board, I'd use acetone with a toothbrush or cotton swabs.

The KSA1015 has been used (by others, I haven't used it) as a sub for the 1266. It appears to be virtually identical.

i got the driver card fix it comes on now but goes into protect one mosfet in the powersupply keeps getting really hot fast could it be a short brand new fet's any help?

Did you check each of the gate resistors to confirm that all were within tolerance?

i changed them with new ones had some bad ones but its still going into protection and two of the irf 3205 are still getting hot.what im i over looking?
