With the meter set the same, touch one probe to the input RCA shield and the other to the B+ terminal of the amp. What's the resistance?

B+ = the terminal where you connect the main 12v supply wire (from the battery) to the amp.

ok at that same setting i get 00.0

Clamp one probe in the B+ terminal and the other in one of the non-bridging terminals. Confirm that you read 00.0 or something very near that.

Now twist the transformers (toroids wrapped with wire) one at a time to see if you can get it to change from ~0 to something much higher.

there seem pretty solid i cant twist them..

Did you have the meter connected when you tried to twist them?

they have the gold wires wrapped around correct

Yes. The ones with the green cores.

If one of the transformers is shorted, twisting/pushing/pulling on the transformer is the best/easiest way to break the short so you can determine which one is shorted.

ok no change in the readings when i try

Desolder the 6 jumpers. Desolder only the end closest to the inductor with the yellow core. Which 3 show ~0 ohms to the non-bridging speaker terminals?
