I got this amp and when i opened it up i saw someone has worked on it before.
What is in it now are irfz44's (power supply fets) and 47 ohm gate resistors which are not orginal. Wondering will this work or should i put 100 gate resistors in it? I dont know what the orignals were im going off the a600 on what the gate resistors are in that |

The z44s and the 47 ohm resistors should be OK.

Check the emitter resistors carefully. Some appear to be discolored. If they are, that means they ran hotter than they should have and could be out of tolerance.

I'd say you got a hell of a deal. Care to sell any of them? I've had a dream of owning a PPI A600 since high school |
