Default Kenwood 923

I got this amp in and its dead. I tryed testing the voltages on the 494 all 16 pins read 0 volts.

I check the large diode behind the power and ground terminals and it measures good.

Wondering where i should start checking?

Follw the traces back from pins 8, 11 and 12 to the next transistor on that trace. It should be a PNP transistor. What's the part number on it?

What is the DC voltage on it's 3 terminals?

Follow it back further or look for other branches on the trace. It should be near the B+ terminal.
