The STP60NF06 has a much lower input capacitance than the STP60N06. The NF is available from Future Electronics. If you want a sub, you could probably use the IRFZ48.
What is the value of the gate resistors?

What are they using to drive the FETs?
What value are the gate resistors?

The drivers they are using are C1815 and A1015
Gate resistors are 100 ohm |

If they're using an emitter follower pair as drivers you can use the 3205s if you reduce the value of the gate resistors to 47 ohms.

It appears that they're very similar. I'd expect them to work. Confirm that the idle current remains low when the amplifier is hot.
