Help!!! Stereo and amp cutting on and off!

I'm in the process of re-wiring my car from the head unit back to the amps... When I power up the car, my head unit and my two amps come on for a minuted, then cut right back off, and it repeats this for about 4 or 5 times, then they just go off and don't come back on. All of my grounds are solid. Both amps are getting power. Would this have anything to do with the remote wire? This was the problem I was having before I decided to re-run everything. I even bought a new amp and head unit to fix this. Please help me out!

You need to confirm that the voltage to the amp and head unit are present when the amp/head unit cut off.

When measuring the voltage on the various power wires on the head unit, place the black probe on the case of the head unit.

When measuring the voltage on the B+ and remote terminals of the amp, place the black probe on the ground terminal of the amplifier.
