Default 99 Yukon install

Im going to set up a system in my yukon this year for show.

Ill be running 4 12" digital designs (2512) off a digital designs Z1 (5000 rms)

As far as my mids 1 set of dd's (6.5 componets) in front doors and 1 set in rear doors.

The problem im gonna have is my mids and highs are not gonna keep up with the bass.

I have a set of kick pannels that can fit a 5 1/4 and tweeter .

Wondering if anyone has some suggestions on what kind of mids i should run in the kicks that will be loud? Or what can i do to get my mids and highs to keep up with the bass and not sound like crap

only one set od 6.5? I would be using at least 2 in front door, unless you are going for stock look

IMO if you want loud, you need horn tw and some PA 8 or 6.5 if there are some, that will be loud
I could show you some vid to get an idea, or just few sets of 6.5"... maybe look into setups with LT's, I know pair of them sound great in combination really up to 4x 9515

BTW, that will be sick setup, do you have thread somewhere?

I agree. I've seen a good number of SPL "demo" vehicles for dB Drag Bassrace or something similar that use B&C pro audio midbasses and HLCDs (horn loaded compression drivers). Image Dynamics horns are pretty easy to find, and in a Yukon you have the space underneath the dash to fit them with a little work.
