Default Kenwood 7202

I got this amp in for repair and all the fets were toasted and the 2 3900 uf caps popped. Replaced all of them (fets and caps) amp still is dead no power light no output.

tl494 readings are

pin1=0.95
pin2=1.79
pin3=.06
pin4=0.12
pin5=0.47
pin6=0.73
pin7=0
pin8=2.83
pin9=2.26
pin10=2.32
pin11=2.82
pin12=2.82
pin13=1.99
pin14=1.99
pin15=1.99
pin16=0

wondering if this is defective or wondering what else it could be??

Post the DC voltage on all 3 pins of Q604.

Pin2= 2.30
Pin3=3.81

Q604 is a B1241. Is there anything i can sub for this part?

You can sub lots of parts. Which PNP transistors do you have?

Install the 6491 facing the opposite direction (13v on leg 3).
