Default Spring clamps

Anyone know the link for the the removel of the springs clamps.

Looking for info on the proper way to remove them

I don't know if it's the 'proper' way to remove them but it works.

I've never found a source for them. Most of the 'manufacturers' have to take them from broken/unrepairable amps, from what I was told when I tried to buy them in larger quantities. Contact tech-support for whoever makes the amp to see if they can supply the clips. All of these clips are similar but there is enough difference that they're not universal.

If you post the make/model, someone here may have an unrepairable amp and may be willing to donate/sell the clips.

Find someone who carries avvidthermalloy maxclips? Don't know who else makes them.

maybe there is something in here that will work: Aavid Thermalloy Heatsinks look under the max clips. found this on mouser under heatsinks
