Phase Evolution Opus 500.1 replace question

Hi all,

my friend gave me a broken Phase Evolution Opus 500.1 class D amplifier.
It has broken PSU mosfet caused by failure in output stage.

I replace those mosfet (irfz44) with IRF3205 with 10ohm gate resistor.

I turn on-off very well, of course.

The output stage is made by FQP12P20 and FQP19N20 in to220 package.
Someone, very smart

, replace one FQP19N20 with another mosfet 600Vdss and 10A...in fact...a disaster

. (crazy man!)
That caused the damage.

I searching for original output mosfet but i would know if it is possible to use another mosfet, like IRF640 and IRF9640 by IR (similar specs)

I know that some class D amplifier need only original parts (like mtx).

This is one of those?

I found original FPQs, but they costs 2€/piece + shipping (10€)
I found IRF much cheaper.
