Good morning all,
I'm looking for somewhere to buy 60amp AUE fuses from to replace one in my Distribution Block for my amps and to have some to keep on hand but I'm not having any luck I bought a 4 pack of 60amp Rockford AGU fuses as I thought that was the kind I had but after further inspection of my old fuse, I have a AUE type glass fuse. The AGU fits in there but it doesn't fit all the way across. I still have power and all so it's working but I want to try to have the exact same thing I had before. My main problem is, I can't find any on EBay and I'm searching the web with no results. I see plenty of AGU fuses but no AUE fuses. Does anyone know where I can buy any? I guess I can try 1 or 2 more audio shops but the weather here in central VA has been brutal the past few weeks and it's hard to get into small shops with all this snow around. Thanks

Buy good quality AGU fuses manufactured by Bussmann or Littelfuse and they should be the correct size. Don't be concerned with gold plating. A good quality tin plated fuse is almost always better than a cheap brand's gold plated fuse.

Yeah...I wasn't concerned with the gold plating. The gold plating was just that type of fuse I have had for a while and I used it when I put my system in. I was just more concerned with the good contact and connection standpoint more than anything else when the fuse goes into the clips but as long as it's got power everything seems to be ok...
