I wouldn't buy one unless you can get one in good working order for $5. Ask around, someone is likely to have one they'd like to get rid of for free.

The sqealing is only there for about 5sec when power up, but the amp plays loud and normal without overheating. Do you think i should do anything at this time?

If the noise isn't annoying you, there's no reason to repair it.

It was at 1st, but I think I got pass the annoying part. But I somehow feel like I should repair the amp?

I think it would be best to wait until you have a way to trace the signal through the amp.
