When you replaced the outputs, did you damage, displace or remove the bias transistor?

Is it possible that there is a bad connection on the 3-terminal connector where it solders to the output transistor's insulator?

Maybe.

I can check it and resolder it to make sure its no a bad solder connection

ok it had a bad transistor on the output board i replaced that and amp power up fine. Now i found that it has a bad fain pot in it so i gotta see if i have a 20k pot somewhere

This amp is telling me its in proctection. BUt amp powers up fine and plays music fine. Wondering what this might be caused by

When you remove remote voltage, does the power supply shut down like it should?

Ok I just got done with this amp. It was the plug in the amp had a bad solder connection on it. Also had to replace both gain pots both were bad amp sounds really nice and clean
