I have been buying parts to fix amps from the following companies.
Mouser electronics Allied electronics digikey Mcm Future ect My friend found a website for a company out of NY The link is Match-a-knob Electronics Wholesale Distributer Wondering if anyone has got parts from there before and if they are a good company to deal with since i need to order about $400 worth of parts to restock my supply Just wondering cause thier prices are very cheap Any info would greatly be appericated Thanks |

I worry about date code/lot code. You may get some from 05 and some from 08. How are they handled, esd wise. I have ordered parts from non-distributor places and the fets have come in a non-esd plastic bag. Non critical components I wouldn't worry, but fets I have a hard time ordering from this type of place. These parts may be past the shelf life, who knows.

Thanks for the info Just wondering about that before i invest 400 dollars in junk parts. I looked at the website and unless i over looked it it says for example a irf540n for 49 cents apiece But doesnt tell you what the package is like a to220 ect
