Does the left channel produce audio?
It sounds like you have shorted outputs or defective driver components in the right channel. You also need to check the 0.1 ohm resistors in the right channel.

Does the right channel produce clean audio?

Do you have any shorted outputs or open 0.1 ohm resistors?

This amp isn't like other amps. The power supply FETs are driven by a transformer. The driver transformer's windings are connected across 1 and 3 on the power supply FETs.
