Soundstream Rubicon 204 amp. need help !

Hi there,
I have rubicon 204 amp., it doesn't start normally. It starts after ~30 min. when I turn on him and works erratic (1 sec works 2 sec doesn't work, etc...) Sometimes starts and works OK.
So, where could be a problem ?

Post the DC voltage on all of the pins of the SG3524 when it starts normally and when it refuses to start. Place the black meter probe on chassis ground. Place the red meter probe on the point where you need to measure the voltage.

I have found similar issue in the post :

I'll try to change cap C158 firstly.

This issue solved. I have changed the cap and now amp starts normally. But I noticed that where the reference voltage should be +15V and -15V, I have +14,8V and -15,2V, is it ok ?
