how do i mono a punch 40.2 ?

i just repaired an older punch 40.2 amp and i dont know how to mono it.does anyone have any specs on this amp. i looked on fosgates website and it said file not found. maybe a problem with the server..

Left positive and right negative. This is the same for most all Rockford amps.

Yeah, im looking for a 225.2 or Punch 100.2 (not the new model) but the 1997 model.
