Looking for terminal blocks for RF amp
 

I've got a Rockford 240x4 that has 1 broken terminal block and 3 that have stripped set screws. I'm going to try drilling & tapping the stripped holes for 6mm set screws. The broken one however I'd like to replace. Two years ago I did purchase a used one from dealsbyjason (I think that's where I got it from) but I no longer have his contact information.

Do any of you know where I might find this part? These are the gold plated cast terminals used on the DSM and similar amps from the 93 timeframe. I've been watching ebay auctions for junk amp boards but I"ve not seen any lately.

If the screw holes aren't badly stripped, a 5mm will generally work.

Ebay is generally your best option.

Don't use a tap. Thread the screw into the original threads. I only very rarely use a tap. If I need to tap, I generally cut reliefs on the screw that I intend to use and thread it in. It leaves more metal and makes a better fit. I use uncut screws as replacements.
