Amp powers up. No sound, no draw. Light comes on. I don't think there is any power at the ouput Transistors.

Use your multimeter to determine if there is any voltage on any terminal of the output transistors?

If not, what is the DC voltage on the legs of the power supply FETs?

I think there is 14 v on the center legs of all of the power supply FETs.
