Connecting two amps to a head unit

Hi, I'm still planning out my system and have a question. I bought a Sony Xplod XM-554Z for the regular speakers and am planning on buying a Sony Xplod XM-1652Z for the subs. My question is, they both have High Level Inputs. Can I connect both of them to the speaker wires on the back of my head unit? The XM-1652Z would only be connected to the rear speaker wires though.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but the answers may be helpful to others as well.

No RCA's?

No problems connecting both amps to the speaker leads.

It has RCAs but it is that Pioneer with the squealing problem I talked about in another thread.
