Just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!! getting ready to attempt a big install in my brothers GMC Sanoma. the info you provided is gonna really help out, thanks alot. I will post some pictures of the finished project hopefully in a few weeks

Atic,
looks like its coming along nicely! When you get it all done, just sand it down alot and apply a lot of body filler to make it nice and smooth and itll look great, -chris |

nice work man -- ive never actaully used vinyl before, but i hear it can be a pain to get it to conform right... glad u like how its coming out

Yep...hard to do so i needed 2 pair of hands and a haird dryer to make it easyer..

Great tutorial. Thanks for that.
I just have one question. I have a box built of MDF and I was wondering if fiberglassing the outside would be something worth doing? It's the first box I've ever built and it has a few small gaps. |

If the gaps are not more than 1/8" you can use body filler in them and glass over it.
