recently purchased an alpine cda 9887 along with the alpine amp ktp 445 head unit power pack, improvement is incredible, did not want to go through running an external amp and the the wiring which would be needed with it. no problems with plug and play issue. my question is the following can i run 2 ohm infinity speakers with this setup or should i purchase 4 ohm speakers. thanks for the help greatly appreciated

What kind of a budget do you have?
Just IMHO, running wires isn't that bad, unless you have one of those doors with built-in connectors for the factory wiring. The benefits from an external amp are night and day. |
