I have this 60ix on the bench.. the gate drivers for the supply are blown.. No one in town here could seem to find a cross for me... the one is a 1AMK the other is a BJp45.. From what I gathered from a search they are basically 56's and 06's. My question is which are which and can i use regular components instead of this surface mount nightmare????
Thank you

SS p.m. me with your mailing address and I will mail you a few of each. You could use a conventional A06 and A56, but it is very risky, there is not a lot of pad there for the legs to connect to. If you get a bad connection on one of the 56's, wave bye bye to the FETs.
