anybody found a place to get schematics? i tried contacting them and they are nazis about service docs. you have to send the amp back to them for repair. no ifs ands or butts.

May I suggest you use the search function for this site. Some have been listed here before.
Other then that perhaps you can post pics of your need and some of the older more experienced may have the info you need... Hope this helps some....

the only post that i get back on a search about linear power is mine. im looking for schematics for a 401/402 and for a 901. both are very old car amps. the 401 does nothing, the 901 plays very low and shuts off easily if turned up in the most nominal way.

Check your mail. Those amps are built like a tank, should be able to fix them up. Caps go bad in them, not a surprise considering the age. I've been told they can do wacky things then, but I've not worked on many. |

i definitely want to save these. i repaired a linear power amp that was run soo hot it desoldered the bias resistors off the board. soldered them back on to see what would happen and the darn thing came back to life!
lets see a chinese amp survive that!
