I had a few people ask for me to do this for them, so I figured they could do it themselves if I walked them through it. Here is a picture tutorial of converting an ALPINE 3015 Equalizer from DIN to RCA. The pics show you every step involved. Takes about 1 to 3 hours depending on how well you can wield a soldering iron and shrinkwrap.
