punch 40i power up but no sound

punch amp that does power up but no sound so i open it up and no burn in sight but i notice a capacitor was loose one of the lead was broken so i replaces it with the same value 330 uf 25v 105 c heat resistance but still no sound rockford used a shining green cap for this one that i replace so any help

Is it producing both positive and negative rail voltage (check at the output transistors)?

Is is producing both positive and negative regulated voltage (±15v on the op-amps)?

what should i measure and whats it supposed to be reading what can caused that to happend
