rockford 4060x problem..

hi all, i'm trying to fix this little gem up, it's a series 1 4channel which powers up but no output! i have 24v on the positive side of the rails but nothing on the negative side, what would cause this?

A broken leg or a bad solder joint on the negative rectifier diode.

thanks, i'll look into that! all 4 output devices are not reading 24v like the pos..

Are all of the output devices the same part number? If they are all the same, one half of the devices will have rail voltage on Source and the other half of them will have rail voltage on Drain.

you are correct, they are the same devices so that's that theory out of the window!

i don't know why it has no output now

Have you tried to get the schematic diagram from Rockford?
