so i moved to europe and had my car shipped as well. was wondering if these units had a feature to swap from US radio tuning (200khz increments) to european tuning (50khz increments) and if so, how.

Hi there. I brought the 45Z over from the US and the tuner works just fine. You should have no issues.

the tuner works, but not for stations that fall between, for instance, 100.1 and 100.3 on the fm dial
europe doesn't use the same channel separation rules that the FCC has |
