I have, in two seperate vehicles, a kicker zx750.1 monoblock amp. In both vehicles, when any juice is cranked to the amps, they will go into protection. All the wires are ran right. What can the problem be???

Those amps will only run a 2 ohm load. If you wire the speakers incorrectly they will go into protection. Don't run smaller than 4 gauge power wire. Give more details on how they are installed such as power wire size, speaker voice coil configuration and maybe even a pic or two. Its not likely that both amps are bad.

Yes, Under 2 ohms load or under ~10v supply and they shut down. Both cases they usually work until you start to stress them. Possible a partially shorted VC in the sub or wire short causing load change, but odds of that in two cars at once are slim.
