Agreed with above. The only old school Rockfords i like are Team Rockford subs but good like finding them and be prepared to dish out some serious dough. The Hardcore was the equivalent of todays P1's.

They are good subwoofers.
Personal opinions are dependant on personal taste of music!

Considering the average music lover,this is a excellent subwoofers.
Effeincy is somewhat low, but usable
Build Quality is Great,be sure to check tensil leads and dust-cap for damage....

The main problems I see with those are the tinsel leads breaking. They are also bulky for their performance level.

a single thin spider on a 4" coil equals eminent failure...apart from that, they sound great, but just dont last.

notorious for voice coil rocking and rubbing.
