Your schematic looks like a Class-D amplifier if I am not mistaken.
The only thing you really need is a suitable Switchmode power supply
www.coldamp.com have suitable power supplies on their site.
However this amp of yours requires 3 supplies.
Try linking the 79 volt supply via a power diode to the 100 v rail and run the whole lot from a +-80 volt rail.
This only leaves the +15 volt logic supply to worry about.
As I mentioned above one of coldamps SMPSs would do the trick.
