rca output

i have a jensen 9311ts that has no output from the rca's any ideas what could be wrong with these.the low level outputs work fine i've used a line-out converter with these and all my amps work, so i know its in the head unit.thanks

Remove the cover of the radio and make sure the RCA cables are not broken from the connector at the circuit board.

it will be the weekend before i get a chance to look.it has 2 sets of of pre outs and 1 for the subwoofer.none of them work thanks for the info.

the rca wires are all connected.i looked closer at the rca's and there are only one set where there should be 2 the other set i thought where rca's are the audio in,so i just used a line out converter and it works great so i guess i will just stick with that.
