After a thorough inspection, I realized one emitter resistor had broken it's solder joint. There were three bad output transistors on that same side. What happens when the emitter resistor becomes disconnected?

Re-soldered resistor, replaced the outputs plus the vented cap and all is well again.

When the eimitter resistor loses it's connection, it essentially removes that particular transistor from the amplifier. If the amp has 3 positive and 3 negative outputs, and one emitter resistor fails or is disconnected, now you have 3 and 2. It wil put more of a load on the 2 that are still in the circuit.
