Identifying SMD parts from car monitor

Hi

I have couple of this same car monitors which have these two parts marked in the picture fried. I already repaired one by taking parts from anotherone. But I need to identify parts so I can repair rest of them.

Markings on the both parts are:
CB
RZ

I would really appreciate if anybody helps

It appears that the transistors are in an SOT89 package. If so, they could be either of the following. I'd guess it's the Rohm part.

2SC4132T100R (2SC4132 with an R hFE mark)
BCX68-10

I'm gonna hazard a guess that they are the driver transistors for the backlight. If that's the case,then any suitably rated transistor should work fine.
