I am looking for an amplifier kit that will run on 12V (car battery). It does not need to be powerful but I will need to drive two pairs of 4 ohm speakers. I need a kit because I am not that handy with building one based on diagram but still want to get my hands dirty soldering.
I have found few that are about 2x10W but have no idea if they are any good: 2x15W Power Amp Kit 2x10W Stereo Amplifier Kit 2x10W Stereo Amplifier Kit It is for a fancy project that I have posted here Thanks. |

Try posting this in the Chip Amps forum. They'll be able to help.
The amps you posted are very limited in power. They have no more power than a typical head unit. You may want to build a more powerful amp. You'd need to build a switching power supply to produce higher voltage for the audio amplifier but that's not difficult.

Thanks. I did what you suggested and I am now looking at TDA7560 chip to build my amp on.
