NAKAMICHI cd700 or mb-75/100 service manual required

Hi all,
i have a nakamichi cd700 thats got a mech-e error, could someone be so kind as to send me a service manual to anton@compunique.co.za

the mb-75/100 also uses pretty much the same internals when it comes to the mechanism so if no service manual for the cd700 then a service manual for mb-75/100 will also do the trick.

Never seen one do a 'e-disc' before.

my nak oms-50 cant read cd's anymore, its spindle runs madlly, can you extend help for this problem?

Nope.
I have no info on that model sorry.

As far as I know, once a nak laser goes, the only source is, Nak.

The dvd-10s is a prime example, they eat lasers almost yearly, cost two arms and three legs, and are only available from nak.

And dealing with nak is in itself a nightmare.

My advice,

Mourn it's demize, bury it in a cupboard, and move on.
One day someone might give you the info you need.
But the parts, good luck.

I have been looking for the Nak CD changer protocol if anyone finds that. I have figured out that old sony cd changers with the same connector will work with Nak headunits!
